No returns & refunds are accepted.

Our shipments are carefully inspected and quality checked, before being shipped to you. However, in case you are not satisfied with your purchase, all you have to do is follow the simple instructions below:

Initiate the process within 2 days of delivery by writing to us at support@indberry.com, mentioning the order number and the issue you are facing with the item/s delivered.

The items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

Retain the original packaging by keeping the tags, labels if any, intact.

Return shipping cost will be borne by customer.

Cooperate with us in our efforts to ensure that the product is delivered back to us within 10 days of order delivery

The refund will be applied towards the original mode of payment and the same will reflect in your account within 4 to 7 business days post deducting shipping and other incidental charge, once the returned product is received at our counters.

Product on sale:  INDBERRY can offer some of its products on promotional prices. However, please note that the sale outfits cannot be exchanged /returned strictly. Advance received for a sale outfit cannot be reimbursed /refunded/ adjusted with other  product/item under any circumstances. Alteration/resizing of sale outfits will not be done for any outfits offered on sale.

CANCELLATIONS

DONE BY CUSTOMER

Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.

Cancellation requests placed after 24 hours of placing order, subject to no production is started by INDBERRY, 75% refund value shall be processed.

No cancellation request shall be accepted, once the order is confirmed and accepted by INDBERRY for production and shipment.

DONE BY INDBERRY

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by INDBERRY and accept INDBERRY decision regarding the cancellation.
